Jackson Playground Dual-Lined for Pickleball Play

The Jackson Playground tennis court located at the foot of Potrero Hill at Mariposa St. and Carolina St. has been lined for Pickleball play.  The single tennis court has been dual-lined for two Pickleball courts.  It is reservation-only access, so racket sport players will need to compete on Spotery for reservations, and unfortunately it is a single queue with tennis, so you will end up reserving both Pickleball courts (suggestion: invite additional friends to use the “spare court”).  Slots are for 90 minutes, and (we’re told) rolling nets are on the premises!  Oh yeah – there are lights too!

To get a Spotery reservation, it is easiest to click to https://sfrecpark.org/1591/Reservable-Pickleball-Courts and find the link for Jackson Park.  You are only allowed to book 2 days in advance starting at noon.  So be prompt when booking – it’s already quite popular.
