Richmond Playground
OUTDOOR – 2 Courts

Richmond Playground in the Outer Richmond neighborhood has been recently resurfaced with play areas, a basketball court and one tennis court which is multi-lined for pickleball. It is unattended and has a bathroom on the property.
Court time is reservable on the Rec & Park Tennis Reservation system (Spotery). See below for reservation links – the Pickleball courts are designated 1A & 1B. Courts can be reserved from:
- Mon-Fri 3 PM to 7 PM
- Weekends 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Rolling nets on wheels should be available. You must bring your own balls.
Street parking is difficult.
Note that this property is different than the Richmond Rec Center which is one block away and offers INDOOR pickleball play.
Play Schedule
Walk-on play is possible, but reservations are recommended by using the Spotery Tennis Court Reservation System (see hours above). Outside these hours, the court is tennis reservable.
There are no drop-in play sessions.
Rolling nets should be available, but plan on bringing your own net and balls.
